CODELAB SAYS HI!
We are a mid-size software house providing custom solutions for sectors such as automotive, telecommunications, industry 4.0, enterprises and many more. What does this mean in practice? International projects and modern software developed by our specialists. You can also become a part of an organization with a unique atmosphere, a place where extraordinary technologies are created.
HOW DO WE WORK?
If the agile environment makes you feel like a duck in water you will absolutely enjoy working for Codelab! We take great pride in our culture, open communication and flat structure. Plus, we're definitely not fans of cumbersome corporate procedures, so we're trying to keep everything as simple as possible. Continuous learning and a great atmosphere are the perfect combination to fill our workspace. All this makes us work on difficult projects and we are perceived as a team of professionals in the eyes of our clients.
WHERE DO WE WORK?
Our offices are really likeable! Posejdon in Szczecin and Dominikański in Wrocław are ideally located, modern office buildings. We are in the very center and between main communication hubs. Bistros, Luxmed centers, services and even one of the leading discount stores on hand. The latest and strict eco-certifications in buildings and zero-waste culture inside the office - all for the sake of our environment. There you will find a place for your own and group work, but also for relaxation and entertainment together with other Codelabers.
LIFE IN CODELAB
Man does not live only with coding and testing, as we know perfectly well at Codelab! We like to spend time together at joint events, bonfires and sports activities. We engage in many charity actions and compete with each other thanks to the Codelab4fitNo program and of course, as befits a self-respecting IT company, we have fruit Thursdays, and sometimes even pizza comes in 🙂
WE LIKE TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE
We like to learn, but also share knowledge. You will meet us at universities, lectures, and patron classes. Every summer, future engineers whom we met earlier at job fairs and university events come to us. We also like to go to industry fairs, see what's going on at Embedded World, CES or VECS.
