Which type of Project Management do you prefer?

Agile / Scrum

The “Think big, start small”-approach: Based on Agile Project Management Methods we start implementing an MVP (Minimal Viable Product), that is growing in iterative steps. We apply SCRUM as an Agile Method more than 10 years and have well-established best-practices with this approach.

Waterfall or V-Model

This is the “Order-and-Deliver”-approach: Either you have available requirements spezifications or we establish such spezifications in one or more workshops. Based on such documentation we devise a robust and scalable software architecture, implement and test the features. Only little involvement will be required from your team.

From your request to the final delivery: Overview of the process

1) Free Consulting & Definition of Project Scope
  • Get Free Consulting to get an idea of the feasibility of your idea for a Product / Engineering Project
  • Contract: We can make you a fixed price offer, if detailed spezifications are available (or we can even generate such document). If you prefer an Agile approach, we propose Time & Material, Fixes Price per Sprint, Guaranteed Minimum Scope of Delivery or “Money for Nothing, Change for Free”

2) Implementation & Integration
  • In general, implementation and Feedback Phases will follow your chosen Project Management Method: Waterfall, V-Model or Agile/Scrum.
  • We help you with System Design: From choosing an operating system to evaluation of frameworks
  • Product Development Engineering may include: Device Driver Development, Hardware Design (with Partner companies), BSP, Software Architecture Design and the like
  • Integration: We bring all embedded components together

3) Testing & Finetuning
  • Comprehensive Quality Assurance with HIL, SIL, PIL, unit testing, system testing and User Acceptance tests
  • Your feedback will be considered for finetuning of the Product

4) Delivery, Support & Add-Ons
  • On completion of the Product development you’ll receive the invoice
  • We offer maintenance and support
  • We are at your service for implementation of any required Add-Ons
