Cli­ent

A glob­ally recog­nized avi­ation logist­ics pro­vider, renowned for its integ­rated solu­tions and 24/7 oper­a­tions, sought to mod­ern­ize its ship­ment track­ing pro­cesses. The exist­ing sys­tem’s reli­ance on manu­al updates and frag­men­ted track­ing tools was lead­ing to oper­a­tion­al delays and increased sup­port costs.

Chal­lenge

The cli­ent’s plat­form lacked real-time track­ing cap­ab­il­it­ies, secure doc­u­ment hand­ling, and effi­cient noti­fic­a­tion mech­an­isms. These short­com­ings res­ul­ted in delayed decision-mak­ing, com­pli­ance risks, and a heightened cus­tom­er ser­vice workload.
